Our latest "HOT JOB" is on behalf of a new build developer with one of the largest land banks in the London area for the up & coming years. They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team to cover 2 developments in West London
The ideal candidate is someone who has a new build background and has managed the customer journey previously however they would also consider someone who is a Senior Customer Service Coordinator with 3 years + experience who is looking for a move
Day to day duties:
* Snagging new build departments prior to completion
* Providing the key handover to customers on completion day
* Conducting home demonstrations
* Dealing with escalated complaints
* Conducting customer site visits to deal with any defects after completion
* Liaising regularly with engineers to ensure repairs are dealt with
* Reporting directly into the Head of Customer Service
* Providing an excellent customer service at all times
